In light of the recent enactment and coming into force of the Personal Data Protection Ordinance, 2025 (gazetted on November 6, 2025, and effective immediately for core provisions), we have taken the proactive and responsible decision to temporarily suspend the online operations of this website.

Reason for Suspension: This step is being taken to ensure full compliance with the new data protection framework, which recognizes personal data as a fundamental right of individuals and imposes strict obligations on data fiduciaries (including education consultancies) regarding consent, transparency, security, purpose limitation, data minimization, and rights of data subjects (such as access, correction, erasure, and restriction of processing).

This website previously collected and processed personal information (including names, contact details, academic records, and other sensitive data) for the purpose of providing education consultancy services. While we have always prioritized client privacy, the PDPO 2025 introduces enhanced requirements that necessitate a comprehensive review and upgrade of data handling practices, privacy notices, consent mechanisms, security measures, and internal policies.

All personal data processing has been paused; no new data is being collected via this website.
